Our job as wedding planners in Stockholm is to take your ideas, colours, and emotions, and translate them into a real, living experience. This styled shoot at Bankettsalen in Stockholm was our way of showing exactly how we do it, turning inspiration into something tangible, elegant, and full of life.
A hidden gem in the heart of Stockholm
Bankettsalen had been on our radar for quite some time. It’s one of those hidden gems that combine historic charm with modern elegance, tucked right into the heart of Stockholm. When Johanna, the venue manager, heard about our idea, she was just as enthusiastic as we were. She immediately welcomed us to bring the concept to life there, and her excitement set the perfect tone for what would become a truly beautiful collaboration.

Building the dream team
From there, everything fell into place. We carefully selected each creative partner so that every part of the vision would align. And the best part? Every single one of them said yes immediately. It was such a joy to see how everyone believed in the project and came together with passion, energy, and heart.
Birgit Walsh, our photographer, brought her signature blend of artistry and sensitivity to the shoot. She didn’t just capture the setup, she captured the feeling, the atmosphere, the movement. We just love how she always turn moments into timeless images.
Gleb from FokusNorr, our videographer, added that cinematic layer we love, professional, fun, and always perfectly attuned to the flow of the day. His videos reflect the elegance and ease we always strive to bring to our weddings in Sweden.
Marie from MJ Blomsterdesign was our flower magician, with her perfect sense of balance and effortless beauty. She has that special touch that makes every table look natural and intentional, never overdone.
Doomie Design joined us with their gorgeous linen drapings that added softness, texture, and depth to the scene. They immediately loved the idea and brought their creativity to the table.
La Lumière, a young lighting business led by a newly launched female entrepreneur, reached out to us just before the shoot. As a fellow female business owner, I know how meaningful these opportunities can be. We were thrilled to include her handmade candlés and help shine a light on her new venture, quite literally.

The art of styling
For the fashion and styling, Michelle Vallin worked her signature calm and elegant magic. She always brings such warmth and professionalism to her work, keeping everyone at ease while creating that natural yet modern look we adore.
Our models, Tina and Ivo, embodied exactly what we envisioned: sophisticated, yet with a hint of rockstar edge. We wanted the images to have that editorial touch, a mix of timeless elegance and modern confidence.
We paired the looks with private accessories and statement jewelry from Fleischer Werner, whose designs are bold, distinctive, and elegant, perfect for the couple who wants to express their individuality. The bridal dress from Bröllopsbruket added the final layer of romance: timeless, soft, and beautifully modern.
Sthlm Bords completed the picture with their always pristine and high-quality rentals, details that truly elevates the setting without stealing the spotlight.
